    Welcome to Tripod4U. By purchasing, renting, or using any products and services provided by Tripod4U, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

    1. Definitions

    • “Company” refers to Tripod4U.
    • “Customer” refers to any individual or organization purchasing or renting products from Tripod4U.
    • “Products” refers to tripods, accessories, and related equipment provided by Tripod4U.
    • “Services” refers to any rental, sales, delivery, maintenance, or support services offered by Tripod4U.

    2. Eligibility

    Customers must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

    3. Orders and Reservations

    3.1 All orders and reservations are subject to product availability.

    3.2 Tripod4U reserves the right to reject or cancel any order due to stock limitations, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other operational reasons.

    3.3 Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during the ordering process.

    4. Pricing and Payment

    4.1 All prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise specified.

    4.2 Full payment must be made before products are delivered, collected, or released to the customer.

    4.3 Tripod4U reserves the right to revise prices without prior notice.

    5. Rental Terms (If Applicable)

    5.1 Rental periods begin from the agreed collection or delivery date and time.

    5.2 Customers are responsible for returning rented equipment on or before the agreed return date.

    5.3 Late returns may incur additional charges based on Tripod4U’s current rental rates.

    5.4 Customers are responsible for ensuring rented equipment is used properly and safely.

    6. Damage, Loss, and Liability

    6.1 Customers shall be fully responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or destruction of rented equipment during the rental period.

    6.2 Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the customer where applicable.

    6.3 Tripod4U shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use its products.

    7. Delivery and Collection

    7.1 Delivery services may be available subject to location and additional charges.

    7.2 Customers must inspect products upon receipt and notify Tripod4U immediately of any defects or issues.

    7.3 Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery or collection.

    8. Returns and Refunds

    8.1 Products sold may only be returned if defective or incorrectly supplied, subject to verification by Tripod4U.

    8.2 Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of purchase or receipt.

    8.3 Rental fees are generally non-refundable once the rental period has commenced.

    9. Warranty

    9.1 Warranty coverage, if applicable, shall be limited to manufacturing defects.

    9.2 Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

    10. Customer Responsibilities

    Customers agree to:

    • Use products in a safe and lawful manner.
    • Follow all operating instructions provided.
    • Prevent unauthorized use of rented equipment.
    • Return rented products in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear.

    11. Privacy

    Tripod4U respects customer privacy and will handle personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Customer information will only be used for business, operational, and legal purposes.

    12. Force Majeure

    Tripod4U shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, transportation disruptions, or technical failures.

    13. Amendments

    Tripod4U reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will become effective immediately upon publication.

    14. Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
